Owl Purse

For mother's day I made my mother-in-law a purse... not just any normal purse.   One thing you need to know is she likes owls....and I like to crochet.   So this is what happened...

This past week was my mother-in-law's birthday!   We celebrated at our house by cooking a big Irish meal....we had the works!    i was inspired by Cornflower Blue and made some green decorations.   :)

Weekend Fun!

My sister, brother in law, and niece came to our place this weekend.   Anytime I can see them it is great :)  Especially my niece!   We had fun....had a super cheap meal due to coupons, woke up early and ran on the trail in town, ate at our new favorite place- Mr. Taco (a taco stand close by), went to the park, walked around the flea market, got some good deals at stores, and went to my in-laws to watch the UFC fight.   I am tired and it is Sunday morning...it's going to be a long day!

Just around the corner

Christmas is around the corner and will be here before we know it!  So this morning I took out Harry...our typewriter tree.   I plan to decorate him tonight :)

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary this weekend by going to Orlando.   We both have been reading the Harry Potter books the last couple of months so we decided to get passes for Universal.  We had lots of fun!   Here are some pictures :)

2 years :D

On Monday it will be two year's since we got married!   Sometimes it feels like it's been forever...somtimes it feels like yesterday.   I've loved every minute of it :)
